Our Booking Process
Booking your car hire online at AirportCarHireSpain.com could hardly be more straightforward. Choose your airport, select your dates and view an instant quote. Then choose your vehicle (and supplier) and complete our booking request form with just the minimum personal details. No deposit, payment in advance or credit card details are required. We'll process your booking request as soon as possible (often almost instantly during office hours) and get back to you by e-mail with your Hire Voucher. At this stage, you hire car is reserved for you. If your chosen vehicle isn't available you'll receive an e-mail notifying you of this and including a link back to the quote page so that you can select another vehicle. For your convenience, we also offer a free SMS booking alert service - you won't need to sit by the computer waiting for our e-mail confirmation.
You should print out your Hire Voucher and take this with you to present at our supplier's office on arrival at the airport, together with your passport and driving licence. Our supplier will then ask you to fill in the necessary documentation and make payment (normally by credit card). You'll then be handed over the keys to the vehicle and given instructions as to where to find it in the airport car park (or in our supplier's office's car park). Happy holidays and safe driving!
